Quality issues are typically a free-tier feedback loop, not a paid-tier problem.

Public-figure face swaps are permitted for parody, commentary, and educational use that fall under fair use, but FaceSwapAI's classifiers refuse uploads of known politicians, election candidates, and minors at the upload stage to comply with the EU AI Act and US TAKE IT DOWN Act. Sexual or non-consensual imagery is blocked regardless of subject. The platform is a creative tool for legitimate use; abuse triggers immediate IP-level bans. For other forms of abuse — phishing, harassment, fraud — email abuse@faceswapai.com with the URL or output ID. We cooperate with law enforcement under valid subpoenas. C2PA Content Credentials embedded in every export make synthetic origin trivially verifiable.
