FaceSwapAI (faceswapai.com) is a B2C consumer AI face-swap and video tool platform for individual creators. We are an independent entity, distinct from deepswap.ai — the two companies share neither leadership, infrastructure, support, nor terms.

Our enterprise sister brand is DeepSwapAI. FaceSwapAI focuses on social creators and meme communities. DeepSwapAI serves agencies, studios, and e-commerce teams.

Compliance Posture

C2PA Content Credentials — All exports tagged with C2PA manifests so downstream platforms can verify content provenance and AI-generation status.
EU AI Act Article 50 — AI-generated synthetic content carries the required transparency disclosure for users in the European Union, in line with EU AI Act 2026 deepfake-disclosure obligations.
U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act 2025 — Non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited. We comply with the Act's notice-and-removal SLA. Reports → [email protected].
BIPA (Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act) — Biometric data (face geometry derived during processing) is deleted within 24 hours of upload. No biometric data is retained, sold, or used for training.

Data Handling

Upload retention — User uploads auto-deleted within 24 hours. Manual deletion available anytime from the user dashboard.
Model training — User uploads are never used to train AI models. Training data is sourced separately from rights-cleared corpora.
Storage — Encrypted at rest. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Sub-processors — List maintained at /privacy.

Content Safety

Minor protection — Detection and block list at upload prevents face-swap operations on detected minors. Account termination + NCMEC reporting on confirmed CSAM uploads.
Political-figure block list — Pre-deployment moderation prevents face swaps on a curated list of public political figures during election windows.
NSFW gating — All face-swap output watermarked with C2PA in compliance mode. Adult-themed tools require explicit age confirmation.
Consent checkbox — Every upload flow includes a binding affirmation that the user has rights/consent to the depicted likeness.
